📦 Returns
Placing FAKE Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders is a punishable offence and may lead to civil recovery, account blacklisting and criminal prosecution - including complaints under applicable laws for fraud; offenders will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Products offered during Sale Period are not eligible for a return.
You can raise a return request within 12 hours of receiving the product.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition.
For any damages or wrong items, please share an unboxing start to end video for verification.
Products like personal care items, used electronics, or items marked "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned.
Returns cannot be accepted for reasons related to personal preference, convenience, or change of mind once the order has been placed &/or delivered in perfect condition.
To initiate a return, please email us at cartsathi.com@gmail.com with your order number, unboxing video & reason for return.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
If your order was COD, you will be asked to share UPI or bank details for the refund.
🔁 Replacements (if applicable)
If you received a defective or wrong item, we’ll be happy to send a replacement after reviewing your request. We will need a entire video recording from the start till the end of unboxing.
🚚 RTO (Return to Origin) Policy
RTO refers to Return to Origin, which happens when a shipment is sent back to us due to reasons such as the customer not accepting the order, repeatedly requesting future delivery dates, providing an incorrect or incomplete address, or any similar issue that prevents successful delivery.
RTOs initiated due to customer-side reasons are entirely the customer's responsibility.
If your order is prepaid, the first forward shipping from our side is free. However, if the same prepaid order is returned to origin due to any of the reasons mentioned above, the shipment will come back to us.
If a prepaid order results in RTO:
Please contact us immediately at cartsathi.com@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
If you want the order to be delivered again, a re-shipping fee will be applicable. This amount will be communicated to you via email by our support team.
Refunds are not applicable for RTO cases caused due to customer negligence or delivery refusal.
You may choose to receive a store credit (after deducting the shipping fees + WhatsApp paid communication charges). This store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
Re-shipping will only be initiated once the re-shipping fee is successfully paid.
