📦 Returns

Placing FAKE Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders is a punishable offence and may lead to civil recovery, account blacklisting and criminal prosecution - including complaints under applicable laws for fraud; offenders will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

Products offered during Sale Period are not eligible for a return.

You can raise a return request within 12 hours of receiving the product.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition.

For any damages or wrong items, please share an unboxing video for verification.

Products like personal care items, used electronics, or items marked "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned.

Returns cannot be accepted for reasons related to personal preference, convenience, or change of mind once the order has been delivered in perfect condition.

To initiate a return, please email us at cartsathi.com@gmail.com with your order number, unboxing video & reason for return.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

If your order was COD, you will be asked to share UPI or bank details for the refund.

🔁 Replacements (if applicable)

If you received a defective or wrong item, we’ll be happy to send a replacement after reviewing your request.
