Q. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically shipped within 24–48 hours, and delivery takes 4–7 working days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your order is shipped. For express shipping please mention it in the notes while placing the order.
Q. How do I return a product?
To initiate a return, email us at cartsathi.com@gmail.com within 12 hours of delivery with your order number and issue. Don't forget to attach an unboxing video if it's a damage or wrong item claim.
Q. What items are not eligible for return?
We don’t accept returns on:
- Personal care items
- Used or damaged products
- Products marked “Non-Returnable”
- Items without original packaging
Q. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We’re really sorry! Just send us an unboxing video and clear images within 12 hours, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verifying.
Q. When will I get my refund?
Once your returned product is verified, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll request your UPI or bank details.
Q. Can I exchange an item instead of getting a refund?
Yes, if the product is defective or the wrong item was sent, we’re happy to send you a free replacement after review.
